Finally I have completed my ‘year of’ print for the Baren Forum exchange. Each year we sign up to print a postcard size print using any medium and send one off to each person on the list. It is great fun to have them arriving in the letterbox all year from all corners of the globe, and also wonderful to see the many varied ways in which people approach printmaking.
I chopped and changed my ideas for my print so many times it has been slow to complete, but in the end I went with a leafy sea dragon with a fanciful idea that they are a survivor of dragons past. And I hope they survive the future.
